I'll be the second guest author to this blog, but the first of those guests to post. Come on Tom -- you need to get on it! My thread will be about living with people who make pork. I don't actually take part in the bacon making -- just the office conversation about the glories of pork -- just receiving quizzical looks from people learning about household activities -- and most importantly, just the enjoying.
Despite the complexities of living with roommates that produce pork products (and these will be explained and expanded upon in later posts), it can have its fun and benefits. I've learned more than I ever expected to know about charcuterie. Sausage, bacon, and ham will never be the same again. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.
